We'll go just about anywhere in San Diego, Orange or Riverside county. We have
offices throughout these areas, so we're usually able to schedule the appointment
within a day of receiving the order
How long does it take to get the completed sketch?
You can expect to receive your sketch one business day after we've measured
the property.
What are the qualifications of the person drawing the
sketch?
Our measurement experts are all licensed appraisers who have sketched
thousands
of properties.
How
precise are the sketches?
We measure to the nearest ½ foot. While not as precise (or as detailed) as
a set of blueprints, our clients find that our sketches provide a level of
precision and detail that is both sufficient and cost-effective.
In
which format will the sketch be delivered?
Our
completed sketches are sent in Adobe® pdf (which requires
Adobe's free Reader - click
here to download). However, at your request, we can also send your sketch in
any of the standard graphics formats.
